PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

National Road Sofadon-Athens, PC 433 00, Sofades, telephone: +30 2443022272, member of the Group of Companies NAFPAKTOS TEXTILE INDUSTRY SA, as a controller, respecting the personal data it processes, faithfully applies the relevant legislation for the processing of personal data and receives any personal safe processing of these.
2. Purpose of elaboration and legal basis
We use your personal data and in particular, name and e-mail address, solely for the purpose of communication between us in order to respond to your request. Processing is necessary to take action at your request as a data subject (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
3. Compliance time
We keep your data for as long as it is necessary for our communication with you upon acceptance of your relevant request, but not beyond thirty (30) days at which time they are deleted.
4. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects have the following rights:
• Right of access: you have the right to know if we are processing your personal data and, if applicable, to receive a copy of it.
• Right of correction: you have the right to ask us to correct inaccuracies or to fill in missing data concerning you.
• Restriction right: you have the right to ask us to restrict processing.

You can exercise your rights by sending an e-mail to info@sofadesgin.gr or a letter to our postal address or by submitting the request to us in person at the address of the company. In any case, we will answer you in detail as soon as possible, within the deadlines set by the GDPR.
5. Right to file a complaint
In case you consider that the processing of the data concerning you, violates the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority.
